Personalizing the Taskbar

Open the Taskbar Settings

1. Right-click the Taskbar and click Taskbar Settings.

Show/Hide Default Taskbar Buttons

1. Open the Taskbar Settings.
2. Under Taskbar Items, click the On/Off buttons to show/hide the Taskbar Buttons.

Changing the Start Button Position

1. Right-click the Taskbar and click Taskbar Settings.
2. When the Settings window opens, click the Taskbar Behaviors group at the bottom.
3. Click the Taskbar Alignment dropdown to change the location of the Start Button.

Enabling/Disabling the Unread Badges

1. Open the Taskbar Settings.
2. Scroll down to and click Taskbar Behaviors.
3. Uncheck the Show Badges on Taskbar Apps to disable Unread Badges and Check the Show Badges on Taskbar Apps to enable the Unread Badges.
