Cellular Modem Drops Connection

Follow the guide below if the cellular modem drops connection and will not return, ever after rebooting.

Option 1

1. With the device on, remove and reseat the SIM card.
2. Reboot the Device. 

Option 2

Only perform this step if Option 1 does not fix the issue.

1. Download and install the appropriate WWAN driver.
2. Reboot the device after 5 minutes.

Option 3

If Options 1 and 2 do not fix the issue and the device is under warranty, Make a Panasonic Toughbook Warranty claim.
