Panasonic Toughbook Warranty Requests

Making a warranty request with Panasonic can be awkward. You must fill out a support request form, then wait for a representative to call you.

1. Open a web browser and navigate to Support (panasonic.com).
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Contact Support.
3. Fill out the support request form, noting the following fields:
   1. Product Type: Business
   2. Phone Number: This is the most important step. This must be a valid phone number for you.
   3. Product/Category of Interest: Computers, Tablets & Handhelds
   4. Product Model Number: Enter the whole product model number from your Toughbook.
   5. Inquiry Type: Post-sales Support
   6. Sub-Industry: Select the closest industry type.
4. Click Submit when finished.
5. A Panasonic Rep will call you requesting more information on the repair needed. Make sure to request a shipping box.
6. When the box arrives, send out the device.
