Download WWAN/Modem/Cellular Drivers

1. Open a web browser and navigate to Firmware, microcontrollers & BIOS | Panasonic TOUGHBOOK
2. Scroll down the page and click the Get WAN Drivers button.
3. Select your carrier, Multi-Carrier is the most likely choice.
   1. Select FirstNet Firmware if you need a firmware update for a FirstNet SIM (black).
      1. Supported Devices: Toughbook 20, 31, 33, 54, FZ-G1, FZ-M1. Toughbook 55s come with a FirstNet compatible firmware.
4. Find the modem model that is installed in your Toughbook and click the download link listed under it.
5. Unzip the files to install them.
