Download Toughbook Drivers

Panasonic provides One Click Bundles for all their Toughbooks. The One Click Bundles installs all the necessary drivers in the specific order as specified by Panasonic. Once started the One Click Bundles will run until the last driver is installed. To stop a One Click Bundle install, you must use Task Manager.

Downloading the Drivers

1. Open a web browser and navigate to Firmware, microcontrollers & BIOS | Panasonic TOUGHBOOK
2. Under product line, select Computers.
3. Under Model, select your Toughbook model.
4. Under Support Type, select One Click Bundles.
5. On the bottom of your Toughbook, find the laminated product label. This label is 2 white barcodes and 1 gray barcode.
6. Look for the Model Number and find the generation number. The model number will start will CF or FZ followed by a series of letters and numbers. Example: CF-31AJGH873W. The A after the 31 is the generation which you will use to download the drivers.
7. Under the One Click Bundle downloads, find the correct download for the device generation and version of Windows.
8. Download and install the drivers.
