FastTrack: Data Migration for Office 365
For customers moving to Microsoft cloud services, Microsoft has made data migration consultants available in the form of their FastTrack service. Microsoft FastTrack is only available for specific platforms and products with a minimum purchase of 150 licenses. Continue reading to get a break down of the FastTrack Service.
What is FastTrack?
Microsoft FastTrack is a service of official Microsoft consultants and tools that guide you through the process of moving your data to the cloud. This includes email, files, servers and more. To utilize FastTrack, entities can log into FastTrack portals to access the tools and communicate with FastTrack specialists. Be known, although FastTrack provides these tools and consultants, it is the responsibility of you/the organization to manage the migration project.
Who is Eligible for FastTrack?
Currently, you must purchase at least 150 licenses of the following products and services to eligible for FastTrack:

How do I access FastTrack?
To access FastTrack you must have an active Microsoft cloud subscription and associated Microsoft account. Open a web browser and head over to https://www.microsoft.com/fasttrack. Login with your organization Microsoft account.
What about Government (GCC) accounts?
Government accounts will need to contact the FastTrack Team separately to activate their FastTrack account. Send an email to ftgccrfa@microsoft.com with the subject line "FastTrack GCC RFA" and include the following information:
- Name
- Company name
- Company domain
- Phone number at which you can be contacted for support
- Time zone in which you are located
