Terminating Frozen RemoteApp Programs

On occasion a RemoteApp program will freeze or become stuck. Follow the steps below to terminate or kill the frozen RemoteApp.

1. With the frozen RemoteApp open, press Ctrl+Alt+End on the keyboard. This will send the Ctrl+Alt+Delete command to the remote desktop.
2. When the Ctrl+Alt+Delete screen appears, click Task Manager.
3. When the remote Task Manager opens, right-click the troublesome application and click End Task.
