Shared Calendars Cannot Be Opened
There is an issue with Outlook where in shared calendars cannot be opened due permissions even though they exist. The fix for this issue is simple and just is a simple Outlook setting change.
- Open Outlook.
- Click the File button in the upper left-hand corner.
- Click the Account Settings button.
- Click Account Settings again.
- Click More Settings, located in the lower right-hand corner.
- Click the Advanced tab.
- Uncheck the Download shared folder checkbox.
- Click Apply then Ok.
- Click Next then click Finish.
- Restart Outlook.
