PocketJet 3 (Pentac)

Download Drivers

1. Open a web browser and navigate to United States | Brother Solutions Center
2. Enter your PocketJet 3 Model into the search box.
   1. Models Include: PJ-522, PJ-523, PJ-562, PJ-563
3. Press Enter or click Search.
4. Click Downloads.
5. Select your version of Windows. Select Windows 10 for Windows 11 drivers.
6. Click Ok.
7. Under Drivers, click Printer Driver.
8. Click the Agree to the EULA and Download button.
9. The download will begin downloading.

Installing Drivers

1. Download the drivers.
2. Double-click the installer to run it.
3. When prompted, enter a folder to extract to then click Unzip.
4. Open the files and run the D_SETUP.exe file.
5. Click Next to install the drivers.
6. When prompted to Connect the Brother PocketJet 3, click Next.
   1. If the Next button does not become click-able, click Cancel then Yes and restart your device.
7. Click Finish.
8. Test the printer.

Preloading the Drivers

1. Download the drivers.
2. Double-click the installer to run it.
3. When prompted, enter a folder to extract to then click Unzip.
4. Open the files and run the D_SETUP.exe file.
5. Click Next to install the drivers.
6. When prompted to Connect the Brother PocketJet 3, click Cancel.
7. Click Yes.
8. When the printer is next connected, it will automatically install.
